这是一档亲子户外生活观察真人秀。节目聚焦妈妈与孩子双向成长、陪伴的亲子关系，邀请5组有3-6岁萌娃的家庭进行两次户外旅行，在这个过程中妈妈学会放手，孩子学会独立成长。同时，节目邀请有育儿经验的嘉宾和心理专家组成观察团，通过孩子们的旅行、日常生活的呈现看到亲密关系下妈妈与孩子的共同成长，也看到当代年轻人的洞见自己的过程。
